Andrew Johnson graduated in the class of 2010 from sterling high school in Baytown Texas. He has been training since January 2010 unprofessionally until October of 2011 when he received his personal training certification from the National College of Exercise Professionals. Since then he has been a trainer for fitness connection doing one on one training with all areas of clientele; men, women, young kids, football, soccer, and baseball players. He has also worked with Beast Fitness, training groups of 5-15 men and women, and a group of young boys and girls. He also has CrossFit experience being a user and coach of the program. He has meal plans and diet techniques that he has researched extensively and many of them used personally. He specializes in losing just weight but body fat percentages, creating a balanced gain of muscle through the body whether it be bulk muscle for strength, or lean muscle for tone.



Kevin attended Pearland High School where he was a 3-year letterman at shortstop. After a stellar senior, he earned the honors of being 1st team all-state. Also, Kevin was nominated for the Houston Scholar-Athlete of the year. He graduated 25th out 750 students in 2002. After high school, he moved on to play college baseball at the University of Houston. Kevin went to college as a middle infielder, but as a freshman in the fall of 2002, Houston’s head coach Raynor Noble immediately saw potential in Kevin as a pitcher. After never pitching before, Kevin excelled both as a position player and as a pitcher and would leave as one of the school’s all-time great two-way players.
