Our Story
LoneStar Baseball Academy's Owner Chris Sampson had a dream and a vision to have a place where he and some of his other baseball friends could pass on the knowledge and experience to young athletes in the area that he grew up playing ball. In November of 2009, that dream came true. He found the perfect location and after a little paint, nets and lighting LoneStar was open for business.
At LoneStar we go beyond just the physical training on the field, but focus on attitude and mental preparation as well. The goal is to instill programs that are designed to help create successful, dedicated and respectful children by reinforcing positive values. We also strive to provide quality instruction and that we do. All of our instructors have professional baseball experience if not Major League and Minor League experience. Aside from experience, all the instructors have a passion for the game and are excellent teachers of it.
